When the normal water volume of a steam boiler is less than 50L, it belongs to a Class D boiler, which means that there is no need to register for use in accordance with the above regulations, no need for operators to hold a certificate to work, and no regular inspections.
Hot water or thermal oil boilers with a rated thermal power of less than 100kW do not need to register for use in accordance with the above regulations, do not require operators to hold certificates, and do not require regular inspections.

Although the boiler does not require annual inspection, our own inspection work is indeed indispensable, which is also to ensure that the boiler can operate safely.
(1) Periodic inspections of boilers include external inspections when the boiler is in operation, internal inspections and water (withstand) pressure tests when the boiler is shut down;
(2) The boiler user shall arrange the regular inspection of the boiler, and submit an application for regular inspection to the inspection and testing agency one month before the next inspection date of the boiler. The inspection and testing agency shall formulate an inspection plan.
