4. The fire rises too fast or the furnace is stopped too fast, and the tube is unevenly heated and the weld is broken.
5. Boiler explosion may occur due to excessive boiler load, uneven combustion and serious coking outside the pipe.
Second, prevent explosion control measures
l. Before the installation, the pipe should be strictly re-examined, and the welding must have a welding procedure guide, and the welding quality meets the design requirements. After the pipeline is installed, pass the ball through the ball to ensure that the pass rate reaches 100%.
2. Strengthen water quality management, soften water once per shift and meet water quality standards, regularly check scale content and eliminate it, and regularly discharge pollutants.
3. The water wall tube and the convection tube should be inspected regularly. It is found that the tube with deformation or thinning should be replaced in time. At the same time, attention should be paid to the quality of the inspection, which must meet the requirements of the specification.
4. The boiler should not be overloaded (specified limit), pay attention to the combustion process in the furnace, and ensure that the combustion is uniform and stable.
