1. Between the inlet and outlet pipes of the circulating water pump, set the bypass pipe of the check valve, the pipe diameter should be close to the mother pipe, and the cross-sectional area of the bypass pipe should not be less than 1/2 of the cross-sectional area of the parent pipe; check valve The direction of the water flow should be consistent with the direction of the water flow of the pump.
2. A heavy hammer type micro-opening safety valve is arranged on the inlet pipe section of the circulating water pump, and the overpressure drain pipe can be connected to the open water supply tank or the drainage ditch.
The design of circulating water system in gas hot water boiler room should also meet the following requirements:
1. Each boiler outlet pipe shall be equipped with a shut-off valve or gate valve. The boiler inlet and supply pipes shall be provided with a shut-off valve and a check valve.
2. When the hot water boilers are operated in parallel, a regulating valve shall be installed on the inlet pipe of each boiler so that the deviation of the outlet water temperature of the parallel boiler does not exceed 10 °C.
3. The gas collecting and exhausting devices shall be installed at the high point of the boiler outlet pipe and the gas gathering place. The size of the exhaust valve shall not be less than DN20.
4. The lower part of the system and the low recess should be provided with a drain pipe and a drain valve.
5. The decontamination device should be installed at the position where the hot water system return water main pipe is convenient for cleaning. There should be a pressure gauge and a closing valve before and after the decontamination device, and there are bypass pipes 1 to 2 smaller than the main pipe.
6. There should be multiple water heaters and water collectors in the boiler room for hotspots. The water separators and water collectors should be equipped with drain valves, thermometers, pressure gauges, etc.
