1. Open the water inlet valve, close the steam outlet valve, start the feed water pump to inject water into the steam boiler furnace (it should be softened water), and the water level should reach the normal water level of the water level gauge, and check whether the water level is stable. If the water level drops, check the steam boiler blowdown. Whether the valve is not tightly closed.
2. The ignition temperature rises, and the initial temperature rise and pressure rise need to be slow. Generally, the time from the initial pressure rise to the working pressure is about 3~4h. During this period, the water level gauge should be flushed. At the same time, observe whether the pressure gauges on both sides of the steam boiler are consistent, and check whether there is any leakage of steam at the inlet hole.
3. When the steam pressure of the steam boiler is stable, if the safety valve is adjusted in advance at the end of the opening action pressure, the pressure adjustment can be carried out, but attention should be paid to strictly control the steam pressure in Shanghai; first adjust the one with the higher opening pressure, and then reduce the pressure Then adjust the other one with low opening pressure; for example, multiple steam boilers should be adjusted individually.
4. During the trial operation, drainage should be performed to check whether the blowdown valve is opened and closed normally, and at the same time, the steam boiler should be filled with water to ensure the normal water level.
5. After all the above are normal, gradually open the main valve of the steam boiler to warm the pipe. Generally, it can be sent to the sub-cylinder, and then open the emergency vent valve to discharge to the outdoors. At this time, make up water in time, observe the change of water level, and ensure the steam pressure in the steam boiler. The water should be supplemented according to the principle of less frequent supplementation. Avoid excessive water replenishment at one time from affecting the steam pressure. The steam boiler should be operated continuously for 72 hours. During the trial operation, if there is no abnormality in the operation of the equipment and the water supply system, the steam can also be officially sent to the external pipe network and steam point.
