What role can oil and gas boilers use condensing technology to play?

Condensing technology has been widely recognized by the boiler industry in recent years. Take the oil and gas boilers launched by Zhengzhou Fangkuai Boiler Factory. After the addition of condensing technology, the operating efficiency of the boiler has risen sharply, reaching as high as 107%. How does condensing technology work? Come and see it with Zhengzhou Fangkuai Boiler Factory.

For oil-fired gas boilers, the heat emitted by a unit mass of fuel when it is completely burned is called the calorific value of the fuel. Fuel calorific value is divided into high calorific value and low calorific value. The high calorific value refers to the total heat released when 1Kg fuel is completely burned, including the latent heat of vaporization released by the water vapor in the flue gas that has condensed into water. When the latent heat of vaporization of water vapor in the flue gas is deducted from the high calorific value of the fuel, it is called the low calorific value of the fuel.

Obviously, the high calorific value is larger than the low calorific value in value, and the difference is the latent heat of vaporization of water vapor. Taking natural gas as an example, its high calorific value is about 9500 kcal/m3, and its low calorific value is about 8600 kcal/m3. The difference is about 900 kcal/m3, accounting for about 11% of the low calorific value.

Boiler equipment using condensing technology can re-use the high-temperature flue gas discharged from the boiler and recycle it into the operation of the boiler, thereby achieving the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
