(1) When the unit is in normal operation, close the two electric shut-off valves on the exhaust pipe on the top of the deaerator, and the exhaust steam is discharged through the throttle orifice.
(2) When the steam turbine load rejection, when the extraction steam pressure of the unit entering the deaerator is less than 0.15MPa”, the extraction valve should be automatically closed, the backup steam source should be opened urgently, and automatic pressure adjustment should be used to maintain the deaerator at a constant pressure under the pressure of 0.15MPa. run. When the feed water pump is out of service, the standby steam source is turned off, the inlet and outlet valves are closed, and the deaeration equipment enters a shutdown state.
(3) If the oxygen content of the effluent water is found to be unqualified under normal operation of the boiler deaeration equipment, the opening degree of the exhaust valve can be opened appropriately.
(4) The water level should be constantly monitored during operation to keep it at the normal water level. When the water level is too high or too low, the automatic water level regulator should act. If a malfunction occurs, it should be dealt with in time.
(5) During normal operation, various valves, water level gauges, pressure gauges, thermometers, etc. should be complete, sensitive and reliable, and should be checked frequently.
(6) Detect and record the operating pressure, temperature, water level, oxygen content of the effluent water and output parameters of the deaeration equipment at regular intervals according to the requirements of the operating regulations.
