       Overpressure accidents are accidents caused by the actual pressure in the boiler exceeding the maximum working pressure during the use of the boiler, which is a relatively common boiler accident. 2. Industrial boiler water shortage accident
       The water shortage accident is mainly due to the water level in the boiler being lower than the safe water level.        Before dealing with boiler water shortage accidents, it is necessary to judge the severity of the accidents and then select a reasonable solution. In judging the severity of the accident, the method called "water" is used. The specific work flow is to open the discharge cock for the watch, rinse the water vapor connecting pipe and the water connecting pipe, close the standard steam connecting pipe cock, and close the water discharging cock at the same time. 3. Industrial boiler full water accident
       The boiler full water accident is mainly caused by the water level in the boiler being higher than the highest scale of the water level meter, which will cause a large amount of water in the steam, which will cause water hammer in the steam pipeline; Gas supply will also be affected.
       To deal with the boiler full water accident, the water level meter should be compared and flushed, and the water level meter should be checked for failures in time; when the boiler is full of water, the boiler feed water valve should be closed in time, the boiler water supply operation should be stopped, and the boiler combustion should be reduced in time.
