When everyone purchases the gas boiler of their choice, a series of problems to be faced are the transportation of the boiler, installation to the factory, commissioning and subsequent normal operation. The tonnage of gas-fired boilers varies from 100 kg to more than 100 tons. We must pay more attention to the installation of the boiler. Don't cause problems in the later stage of the boiler because of the wrong installation method.

Song Gong, a technical engineer at Zhengzhou Fangkuai Boiler Plant, summarized some points that need to be paid attention to for boiler installation problems.
       ⑴. To determine the installation location, the boiler installation unit must have a boiler installation qualification certificate that meets the installation scope issued by the superior authority.
       ⑵, go through the registration procedures. According to the "Steam Boiler Safety Supervision Regulations", units using boilers should go through the registration procedures one by one. The boiler user unit should have a dedicated person responsible for boiler installation, responsible for getting in touch with the local boiler supervision agency, and filling out the installation notice.

When installing the boiler, a fireman must be involved, and a plumber, fitter, lifter, cold workman, electric welder and auxiliary workers are required.
       ⑶, organize staff to learn installation technical measures, safety technical measures, and be familiar with boiler drawings and related technical documents.
       ⑷. Before installing the boiler, check and accept the boiler body, combustion equipment, components, auxiliary machinery, and accessories according to the drawings, and make a record. If it is found that it does not meet the relevant standards, it should be submitted to the factory in time.

The installation process of gas boiler and auxiliary equipment is:
       ⑴, the boiler body, auxiliary equipment, accessory packaging boxes, and instrument packaging boxes should be hoisted according to the hoisting position specified by the manufacturer. The user shall be responsible for any damage to the hook during lifting.
       ⑵, the heavy-duty vehicle, lifting equipment, wire rope required for lashing, etc. must have sufficient load capacity, and should meet the technical specifications.
       ⑶. Before lifting, select lifting equipment according to the size and weight of large parts marked in the technical specifications, and formulate corresponding safety precautions.
