1. Fuel selection: The vacuum hot water boiler can use natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, etc. as fuel. Zhengzhou Fangkuai Boiler Factory will advise users to give priority to the use of natural gas and recycled oil, which can be used for both oil and natural gas (special order).
2. Load selection: The heating load selection of any building cannot be budgeted. It has a great relationship with building insulation and indoor use, but it has a very small relationship with building area.
3. Pressure selection: warm water, sanitary hot water pressure specification, pressure 0.8 MPa. High pressure device is recommended for parts with pressure of 0.81 ~ 1.2 MPa. If the pressure is 1.21 ~ 1.6 MPa, fragmented and comprehensive elements should be based on economic and technical analysis. Use the ultra-high pressure unit type, or stop the secondary heat exchange. If the pressure is above 1.6MPa, it is recommended to design two heat exchangers.
4. Installation location: The vacuum hot water boiler unit runs smoothly, with almost no vibration, and low music. The location of the machine room is very convenient. The basement, air, floor, and roof can be used as a machine room. For high-rise buildings, to reduce unit pressure, the room should be in the middle or at the top.
5. Ventilation environment: Poor ventilation will cause humidity and corrosion in the machine room. The ventilation machine room should be more than twice an hour, and the air consumed per unit is based on the air budget of 15m3 of fuel consumption of 10,000 calories.
