The moisture content of cotton yarn is generally required to be 8%, but the moisture content of the cotton yarn on the yarn tube is related to the relative humidity of the air and is variable. Steam heat setting can not only eliminate part of the internal stress, make the fiber structure more stable, but also control the cotton yarn. The moisture content reaches the required level.
4. Drying. The use of steam to dry fabrics has the advantages of high efficiency, good quality, environmental protection, and sterilization. The latent heat of steam can be used in the process of fabric drying, which has high thermal efficiency and significant energy saving effects.
In addition, the steam boiler can also be used to humidify the textile factory workshop, increase the air humidity, prevent the increase of fly, static electricity, and the fuzzing of the cloth caused by air drying, and avoid the reduction of production efficiency.
