2. The water used for the hydraulic test should be kept above the ambient dew point to prevent condensation on the surface of the boiler. It may be confused with the inconsistency of water seepage and increase the inspection difficulty. However, it is not suitable for the temperature to be too high to prevent vaporization. (It is difficult to find the leak) and excessive temperature difference stress, generally 20 ° C ~ 70 ° C.
3. After the water is full, gradually increase the pressure to 0.4MPa, that is, perform a strict inspection. If necessary, tighten the bolts of the flange, manhole door and hand hole cover.
4. During the water pressure test, the water pressure should be slowly raised and lowered. When the water pressure rises to the working pressure, the pressure should be suspended, check for water leakage or abnormality, and then boost to the test pressure for 20 minutes. There is no drop, that is, it is reduced to the working pressure for inspection.
5. Any leaks should be recorded to reduce the pressure to atmospheric pressure.
