First, routine maintenance
       1, daily work
       (1) Checking the function of the water level regulator: Whether it can automatically water up and stop the pump.
       (2) Inspection of flame monitoring.
       (3) Rotate, slide, and lubricate the cam parts and wipe them.
       (4) Flush the water level gauge 1-2 times (per shift), and operate in the correct way until the water level gauge is cleaned.
       (5) Sewage 1-2 times (per shift).
       2, regular work
       (1) Items to be inspected each week
       1) When the ultra-low water level is shut down, it is necessary to carry out the furnace test (press the button on the B3 board, it should be able to simulate the water shortage), or discharge the sewage to check the function of the ultra-low water level shutdown.
       2) The safety valve is manually opened once and the reset is quick.
       3) The burner control system and the electric eye should be inspected, and the photocell of the electric eye should be extracted by hand. The furnace should be stopped within 1 s; and the electric eye should be wiped.
       4) Fill or replace the valve packing; eliminate running leaks.
       5) Fix the bolts everywhere, especially the gas pipeline system, and check for leaks if necessary.
       (2) Clean the filter on the gas line once a month.
       (3) Maintain the following parts every six months
       1) Check the pressure gauge and clean the watch tube, add distilled water when resetting.
       2) Maintain the water level electrode, and then use a fine sandpaper to polish it.
       3) Clean the flue, generally based on the exhaust gas temperature to determine whether it needs to be cleaned. Under normal circumstances, the exhaust gas temperature does not exceed 350 ° C (measured at the boiler exit, measured at the flue inlet), too high means increased fouling, boiler efficiency is reduced, must be cleaned. The purpose of cleaning the flue is on the one hand for economic considerations and on the other hand for safety reasons (smoke is poorly thermally conductive and prone to local burnout). When cleaning and replacing asbestos liners, it is necessary to use the method of erroneous joints (proofing smoke), graphite coating, and no lubrication.
       4) After the boiler repair or annual inspection, check that the manhole, head hole and hand hole nut cannot be loosened. Check the motor steering (from the fan end, turn counterclockwise).
       (4) Check the safety valve once a year, and conduct a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the boiler.

Second, the normal shutdown
       (1) Stop the fire: first turn the size fire knob to the small fire position, then turn off the burner;
       (2) depressurizing the steam;
       (3) Sheung Shui to high water level;
       (4) closing the main steam valve;
       (5) Close the upper water gate;
       (6) Close the gas gate;
       (7) Check if the drain valve is closed and tight;
       (8) Turn off the main power switch;
