First, the furnace operation
1. The furnace worker must go through the inspection work ticket when working in the furnace, and there is a special person responsible for supervision and on-site management.
2. Only when the temperature in the furnace drops to a temperature that can be tolerated by the human body (below 80 °C).
3. The power supply is selected for safe voltage, and the power tool is double insulated.
4. When welding in the boiler, keep the ventilation state, and can not carry out the welding and gas welding work at the same time.
Second, the safety valve calibration
1. The safety valve calibration is completed by four or more personnel under the leadership of the foreman; before the furnace, wear gas masks, helmets and other protective facilities.
2. Before the calibration, check the safety valve outlet pipe is in good condition to avoid the steam rushing out and hurting people during the calibration process.
3. The safety valve is in the return position, the pressure is lower than 3MPa, the fixed direction should be far and near, and the adjustment displacement is less than 50mm.
Third, the start and maintenance of drums, induced draft fans and pumps
1. Before starting, the operator must arrive at the site to check the status of the equipment and make sure that no personnel can be repaired before starting.
2. Before the inspection, the maintenance work ticket should be handled, the power supply should be disconnected, and the warning sign of “some people work prohibited closing” should be placed at the switch cabinet.
3. Into the drum, induced fan maintenance, must be guarded by someone.
4. Before the service pump is repaired, it must be ensured that the valve is completely closed and there is no leakage.
5. After the overhaul, check whether the coupling, the wheel cover and the manhole door are tight; after determining that there is no one in the fan, take back the work ticket and start the on-site test drive.
Fourth, mechanical injury
1. When opening and closing the furnace door, wear gloves and open the body side.
2. Wear professional glasses when watching fire.
3. When checking the rotating equipment, do not face the opposite wheel.
4. Flush the water level timing, the body should not face the water level gauge.
